CONTEST DISCLAIMER
The following statements are intended
to remove any liability
for any result of any entry into
our Inventing Contest:
- It is to be understood that this inventing contest is designed
to promote you and others to create an invention. An invention
should be understood as an idea which has been "reduced to practice".
Reduction to practice is a legal term which requires that an idea
is acted upon by various means. This can include making a prototype
or filing a patent.
- It is to be further understood that this inventing contest is
designed to offer guidelines, direction, and motivation--all necessary
factors required to bring success from an invention. All inventions
shall be treated by Ayers Concepts according to the practices generally
known to Toy and Game Agents, that is, as if no contest was used to
help the inventor generate said invention.
- Your decision to enter this contest, that is, send us your invention
according to our specifications, does not carry any type of warranty
on our part that your invention will be a success.
- The implication, "Winning this contest", means that money has been
earned by the inventor for his/her invention through the cooperative
efforts of the inventor and the development and agent services of Ayers
Concepts.
- We do not guarantee that there will be a "winner" of this contest.
- The implication, "Prize money", refers to royalty income which is
generated by the sale of an invention.
